With a diverse professional career covering textile manufacturing, merchandising, production planning, quality management, procurement, retail, real estate, business development, petroleum operations, shipping, e-commerce, digital marketing, and logistics, Fahad brings a broad combination of corporate knowledge, field experience, and entrepreneurial leadership to MAXORAH.

A Diverse Professional Journey

Fahad started his professional career in the textile industry, where he developed strong expertise in manufacturing and operational processes. His experience spans Merchandising, MRP, PPC, Central Planning, Quality, Fabric Inspection, Embroidery, and Stores, giving him a comprehensive understanding of how large-scale operations function from planning to final execution.

During his association with Sapphire Textile Mills Pvt. Ltd., Fahad worked in responsibilities related to Merchandising, MRP, Embroidery, Fabric Inspection, and Production Planning & Control. These roles developed his capabilities in production coordination, material planning, order execution, quality control, workflow management, reporting, and interdepartmental coordination.

He later worked with Outfitters as an Assistant Manager – Merchandising, expanding his experience in retail merchandising, product coordination, commercial operations, customer requirements, and market execution.

His professional journey then took him into real estate and business development, including his role as Assistant Manager – Business Development at Zameen.com. This experience strengthened his skills in client relationships, sales, negotiations, market understanding, business development, lead generation, and professional communication.

Petroleum Industry — COO Experience

A significant part of Fahad's hands-on management experience comes from the petroleum sector, where he served as a Chief Operating Officer (COO) in petrol pump operations.

As COO, he was involved in the overall operational management of the fuel station, coordinating day-to-day activities and ensuring smooth business performance.

His responsibilities included staff and shift management, fuel sales operations, inventory and stock monitoring, procurement coordination, customer service, cash and operational controls, supplier coordination, maintenance supervision, safety procedures, operational reporting, and maintaining efficient daily workflows.

Working in the petroleum industry also developed his ability to manage a fast-moving, customer-facing business where accuracy, accountability, safety, discipline, and operational efficiency are essential.

This leadership experience gave Fahad valuable real-world exposure to managing people, resources, customers, suppliers, finances, and daily operational challenges simultaneously.

Procurement, Operations & Shipping

Fahad has also developed practical experience in procurement and operational management, working with suppliers, sourcing materials and products, coordinating vendors, negotiating requirements, monitoring deliveries, and ensuring business needs are fulfilled efficiently.

His exposure to the shipping and logistics sector further strengthened his knowledge of transportation coordination, shipment handling, supply movement, documentation, and international logistics.

E-Commerce & Digital Business

Alongside his traditional business experience, Fahad has developed strong practical knowledge of e-commerce and digital business.
